Hi aspirant,
For second excited state:
n=3 , We know that energy of a particle in an energy level is given by -13.6*z^2/n^2.
Therefore the energy of He+ ion in second excited stage is: -13.6*2^2/3^2 = -54.4/9 = -6.04 eV.
Note- For helium, atomic number (z=2)
Hope it helps!!

Hello candidate,
The main difference between an earth wire and a neutral wire lies in the main functioning of both the wires- An earth wire acts basically as a conductor that provides a low powered -impedance path to the earth and prevents hazardous voltages from appearing on equipment, where as a Neutral acts as a circuit conductor that normally completes the circuit back to the source.
Hope this information was helpful!!
