Gandhi Institute for Technology, Bhubaneswar
Hello,First of all iit seats are not offered on the basis of jee mains marks. It is quite not possible for you to get a seat in NITs. You have chances to get a seat in gftis through out the nation. Follow the links mentioned below, to know what colleges you have a chance for-https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictorhttps://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-gftishttps://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-iiitsGood Luck!
I am so sorry that I have to be the one to answer this query for you but it is almost hopeless situation because at this rank you will not be getting any seat even with your home state quota regardless of where you belong. I request you to reconsider JOSAA and look for other options if you really want to get a seat this year.
Hello aspirant!!
GITA is better than GIFT in few aspects for MCA. But both of them are good colleges. But GITA is preferred over GIFT.

Good Luck.
Well brother, I can understand your situation. I know you have worked hard for JEE mains but I believe with 19k category rank you won't be getting decent college which I can recommend you.
Though with SC and home state quota, there might be an increased chance of your's getting a seat but with such a rank it is very hard to get.
As, opting a very low rank NIT core branch will bring nothing good for you.
So, I would suggest you to prefer state engineering colleges. Some state eng. colleges are way better than even mediocre ranked NIT.
Also, I would recommend you to do take part in JoSAA and go to through all the round even the spot round. May be, some good fortune can turn your destiny.
Thank You
Hello Yugapriyan,
Since this year's cutoff has not been declared yet, with a SC rank of 3,150 according to previous years cutoffs and trands, it is unlikely you will be able to get any college. However, you can get admission in -

Hope this information helps.
Though, it would e easier for me to guide if you had told me your home state.
But still, owing to your category by God's grace, you can get seat at mediocre NIT at the later rounds.
I would not recommnend you to join GFTI as they are not that well suited for chemical engineering.
The best colleges available
1. NIT Raipur (chances are bit less)
2. NIT Hamirpur (chances are bit less)
