Is there any entrance test for GNM in Haryana...? In the Gazette provided by DMER Haryana there is no mentioning about entrance.. counselling will be beasd on 12th marks. do i have to perpare for entrance after counseling for particular collage?.. orr is it purely merit based..?

Gati kochar 4th Sep, 2022

Dear Aspirant,

According to the latest guidelines, the admission for GNM Haryana would be purely based on merit. There won't be any entrance examination for it. Your 10+2 score would be the deciding criterion.

Although candidates from all streams are free to apply, however the candidates who have passed 12th with science stream would be preferred.

Hope this helps!

Dear Aspirant,

Hope you are doing absolutely great.

If you finished your 12th grade in a non-science stream, ANM is your only option for a nursing career. Following completion of the ANM program and registration as a nurse, a candidate can pursue a GNM course, which will qualify him/her for a BSc (N) Post Basic program.
