Hi. Yes , you can pursue your diploma along with graduation simultaneously as per the new education programme rules. But , one has to be a distance-learning programme.
Thankyou.
Hello Aspirant ,
Yes, according to the UGC's approval during a meeting in MAY 2020, Indian students can now enjoy earning dual degrees as well. It was passed in order to generate better pupils in India who can compete in the burgeoning job market and professional competition.
GNM scopes -
- You can start by becoming a staff nurse.
- It's up to you whether you want to take the central level staff nurse exam and become one of the top nurses or work as a staff nurse in private hospitals.
- Additionally, you might work toward becoming a professor and instruct GNM students.
- Alternately, you could pursue a P.B.Sc. and earn a degree in it to advance your career.
- You can start a coaching business in this area, mentor brand-new nurses, and even make it a career. Offer study materials and notes as well.
- You can work as a home, travel, or military nurse while you are abroad.
Lastly it’s up to you which career fields you want to pursue in. Both have its own value in their respective categories.
Hope this helps.
Thank you

Hey student,
I will suggest you to pursue computer science engineering from a private college rather than gnm nursing from a government college as computer science engineering will give you better package and good environment in comparison to GNM nursing and according to me computer science engineering is more interesting in comparison to GNM nursing so you should do computer science engineering from a good private college.
All the best student,
Hope this helps you.

Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great. The career prospects can be improved by pursuing GNM and, subsequently, a B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course. The salary opportunities for GNM graduates in India are slightly better than those for ANM graduates despite being one point higher. Graduates of GNM can find employment as staff nurses, home nurses, health visitors, and community health workers. Graduates of ANM and GNM programmes have lots of opportunities both domestically and abroad.
