sir i m failing hsc board in 2019 but i have passed in 2020 but unfortunately i gain low marks i m trying to giving one more year that means in 2021 shall i appear for this

Pankhuri Kumari 23rd Mar, 2021
Hii!
Yes, if you want to improve your score and earn better percentage you should definitely apply for re -exam or improvement exam or repeat a year as a private candidate. What I suggest is don't entirely waste your year on it. Try getting admission into graduation or different courses and side by side apply and prepare for it. Remember, you need to be fully dedicated and focused this time. Be serious and study hard. Pay more attention to the subjects you are weak in and solve previous year question papers. This will help you earn good marks.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 16th Mar, 2021

Hi

Yes, you are eligible for neet 2021 examination even if you are going to appear for one of your compartment examination in April/May 2021.

This is because,

You will be appearing for your compartment examination as a private candidate and private candidates are eligible for Neet examination until the supreme court passes its judgement over it ,so yes you are eligible for Neet 2021 but  this eligibility is provisional and and your eligibility for admission after qualifying neet will depend upon the outcome of your compartment examination , that is if you will meet Neet eligibility criteria provided below :-

You should have cleared your compartment examination and after clearing it , you must have got :-

  • at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

  • at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

  • at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

For detailed information about neet examination eligibility go through our page for which link is provided below; -

Ayush 12th Feb, 2021

Hello candidate,

The HSC or the higher secondary examination is also known as plus two examinations, in other states. If your friend has got 43% and 46% respectively, in his exams then also he can have a lot of career opportunities in the field of science.

The first option is that he can pursue a diploma in any of the engineering fields from various colleges through qualifying their respective entrance examinations. Secondly, he can also join Engineering College and pursue of 4 year degree programme if able to meet the basic qualification criterias of that college.

Hope it helps!!
