So, if you have interest in programming languages, then C is the very best language to start with. So, start coding in C. After you complete this language, then you can move to some other languages like C++, Java, Python, DSA etc.

I would prefer that you should take admission in the current college because there is no such guideline that the relaxation will still be applicable next year also. So,kindly take admission and if you want to give jee next then you can give if there is relaxation.
