Hello Dear,

If you do not have caste certificate from Maharashtra state then you can apply in General Quota list. Center and each state has different reservation policy. The categories are different for center and each state. It is not likely that Bihar OBC caste certificate is permitted in Maharashtra.

You can apply for a re exam in all the subjects along with adding biology or you can just give the add on exam by NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling). The best option will be to apply for the on demand examination which is specifically for additional courses

Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 50% marks in the qualifying exam and must pass 10+2 from a recognized board. If you have failed in one subject or two you are not eligible to get admission this year even if you have good percentile in MHT CET.
