Yes, you need to choose code 2 if you have done 10+2 from ICSE board.

While code 3 is for those who have passed intermediate or PUC.

Here's a short brief of Neet codes :-

Code 1 :- code 1 is for all those students who are going to appear for their 12th board examination in 2021 with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results have not been declared.

  • Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have already passed their 10+2  with physics, chemistry, biology and English
  • Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination  in the year  with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.

Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology.

Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who are doing BSc and has all the three of Physics, chemistry and biology in their graduation.

I M STUDYING IN 10 TH ICSE BOARD AND I HAVE INTEREST IN SCIENCE BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO CHOOSE IN SCIENCE PLEASE I AM SO CONFUSED

Shalini Parimal 8th Jul, 2021

Hi Aspirant,

Now that you are in class 10 , it's really a time to think about career. But selecting the subject should not be merely done for career sake, it has to include your interest too. To check out your interest in subjects, just observe yourself when you have a free time, when you are in some sort of tension or tired from daily routines, and check out yourself what kind of subjects makes you forget these kind of situations. For example, there is a kid who likes solving Mathematical reasoning after getting bored from playing games. He later made himself get into Mathematics stream and got a career out of that.

Hope this helps.

All the best!!!

Compare vit bhopal vs bits Dubai

Purbayan Chatterjee 4th Aug, 2021

Hey Palak,

Just to be on the same page as you, there is nothing as BITS Dubai, it is actually BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus.

Now as a brand BITS is much superior to VIT in all respect.

BITS is one of the if not "the" best private Engineering College in India.

Here, I am obviously not talking about the Dubai Campus as it is relatively new but the very fact it coming under the umbrella of BITS, give it ample weight.

The Admission is via merit only - all Students have to take the BITSAT Examination. There is no Quota seats for Management or SC/ST/OBC.

VIT on the other hand has many Management quota seats and hence it impacts the Quality of intake.

There are ample number of features which are compared when we declare a college better than the other. However, in this regard, BITS Pilani Dubai Campus is a clear winner in almost all the aspects.

Hope that helps and do choose wisely :)

I am from ICSE board, and in ICSE Board theory and practical marks are not separate in the board marksheet. So, How can I apply for DU, if DU asking pratical marks. Please help...

Subhrajit Mukherjee 3rd Aug, 2021

As per the information available online, if you choose your board then it would not be mandatory for you to give the practical and theory separately. You have to provide the total of 100 and nothing to be filled in the portion of practicals.

This system is provided by DU as most of the state boards avail practical and theory marks separately as a result to keep both kind of students aligned in a same format they avail the two columns separately. But you don't have to worry about it and you choose the details correctly and just leave the practical marks empty and fill the sections as a total of 100 as provided by your board.
