10th standard is too early to prepare. You can start your preparations from 11th standard. You can study your 10th standard in depth and score good marks in it. There is no hurry to start now.

Sir, in NEET application, i made 3 error. 1. by mistake i selected code 2 ( only for ICSE and CBSE) instead of code 3 (State board), 2. uploaded signatur in blue ink and 3. passport size photo without date. I need to correct it. Is it possible.pls advise.

If I tell you about codes,

Then it's not like that Code 2 is only for CBSE and ICSE and code 3 for state board.

Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher

Firstly keep calm. Due to pandemic their might be some delay in the receiving of the document. Stay in regular touch with your school authorities and if possible, drop an email to the council as well regarding the same. They will surely response.
