I m in class 10th ICSE . After passing 10th board what i have to do first .Do i join army ? what is the easiest and fastest way to join para SF ?

Aditya 29th Jun, 2021

Hii student,

Para sf is a great career option.

It has a high paying salary, adventure, great lifestyle, opportunity to serve the nation but there is no direct entry for joining Para special forces. Para special forces is the special unit of Indian Army, so you have to join Indian Army first.

It does not matter if you are an officer or a soldier in Indian Army, you can join para if you are in the army by following a certain procedure

Hope it helps!!

I have passed class 10 from the icse board and while filing mht cet it is asking for the percentage of class 10 , so should I write percentage of 6 subjects or best 5 out of 6?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 25th Jun, 2021

In this case I would say you should provide the percentage on the basis of all the 6 subjects. See in the official website there are no mentions about this so its safe for you to consider all the subject rather than considering the best of 5.

I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

I am in my class 10 ICSE school in Pune.I wish to go on medical science related field in future as I am inclined for it.Please tell should i take transfer in SSC board or CBSE school in pune for grade 11 and which schools have flexible attendance structure here? what percentage for admission

Monalisa Das 15th Jul, 2021
Hello!

The Maharastra board conducts 10th class exam through SSC and HSC for class 12th examinations.
It is the most popular education board in terms of enrollment in high school in India only after the CBSE.

As you have an inclination towards NEET,so it will be better if you switch to CBSE as it strictly follows NCERT books. You will be in good touch with the courses and books. The questions asked in NEET are mostly from NCERT books only.

Hope it helps.

I am an ICSE board Class 10th student from Kanpur UP. Where can I get the ntse form ?As they are not distributed in the schools affliated to ICSE Board:(

neetaadabala 12th Jun, 2021

Hello,

First Stage: It has to be attested by your school Principal . And normally it is routed through your school only. For Second level, you need not to apply , you will be receiving the admit card from NCERT for the second stage.

If your school does not register for NTSE, you can download the NTSE application online from the official website or get the hard copy from the Liaison officer of your state. You can obtain the form online but will have to submit it offline only to the liaison officer since you school is not involved. You can check for the concerned officer in your state and apply for NTSE by

I hope this helps.

All the best!!

My top 5 score in 10 th ICSE is 86% top 4 score in ISC 12 th is 79% graduation -1 st year 77% 2 nd year 78% 3 year not yet this is my profile and so is it fit for the calls from IIM .

anirudha vats 11th May, 2021

Hey,

First of all there is no such thing as top 5. The IIMs accept percentage that is calculated out of all the marks that is there in your marksheet. The subjects you consider extra is also counted for percentage calculation.

Now coming back to your question, your profile is a bit low I would say and in order to expect call you need to target more that 97 percentile if you are from non engineering background and surely above 98.5 percentile if from engineering background.

You can expect call from baby as well as new IIMs above 95+ percentile.

Target as much high as possible. All the best.

Thank you

my daughter is in 10th icse board taken commerce so I wanted to know whether she can take science from ssc board 11th

Sohamsengupta8 5th May, 2021

Hello STudent

Yes you can change your stream from covers to science after 10th class. You have to pass all the subjects with at least 75% marks 10th class examination.but  it may be difficult for you to continue with science in intermediate 11 and 12 class examination because the subjects are related in intermediate course of science , perhaps you may not be acquainted with all the subjects in your class 10 examination. So do change the stream after class 10 from commerce to science you have to think well of all coroners and pros and cons of science stream and after that take decision of changing your stream from commerce to science
