Hey,
One thing you should keep in mind is that for being the most scoring subject Chemistry plays an important and leading role in any kind of competitive exams. So you should study and practise Chemistry in details with intense hardwork, extreme dedication and passion for securing extra-ordinary marks in JEE MAIN and Advanced.
Regarding this, you should follow the books of O.P. Tandon, Himanshu Pandey, Arihant, P.Bahadur, P.W.Atkins (specially for physical chemistry), MORRISON and BOYD (specially for organic chemistry) and J.D.Lee ( specially for inorganic chemistry) to achieve a clear perception about different unknown and interesting aspects of chemistry which are very much helpful especially for the toughest exams like JEE Advanced.

Dear Applicant,
I hope you are doing well, about your question, both the course are good enough be it integrated or regular mode. The only difference between the 2 is the time taken for completion your MSC in regular mode will be for 2 years only
Now if you choose integrated MSC in maths with b.ed you are eligible to get a job for teaching basis till hss level is. 12class. Very rare tr with bed get jobs as assistant Professor in college and if you do that's on temporary basis not fixed.
Now if you persuade a masters degree from regular mode it has a slight more advantage and preferences as after MSC you can try for csir NET exam and if you qualify that you can teach at UG level or even try for PhD. This is the greatest advantage of regular mode it has quite abit of flexibility. That allows you to move freely.
Hope this helps
Hi Kanni,
To become a scientist after getting into IITs, you will have to do research oriented works during your B.Tech course and have to write some good research articles in famous journals.
You should have passion about researching and finding new and innovative things. that's all. IITs have a much better platform than any other college for research oriented studies.
After graduating from there you can go in ISRO or DRDO as a scientist by clearing the required exams.
