Each and every exam for job prospectus or graduation is difficult. Depending on your interest and the career you wish to pursue. If you wish to go in Civil Services then UPSC, if you wish to be in research and sciences then ISRO Exam is the way to go, AFCAT is for Commissioned Officers in Flying, Ground Duty (Technical) and Ground Duty (Non-Technical) branches.
These all are somewhat mutually exclusive, that means if you prepare for one you might not have enough time or interest for the other. Incase you have a specific query about one of these exams. Please feel free to comment.

Basically according to sources , highest paid job in ISRO is ISRO space scientist engineer .. There are many fields in particular scientist engineer in isro and the salary basically varies from 95000 to 6 lakh per month .. So not sure about 1 crore per annum but it is very highly paid job in india.
In iits and nita , you can get placement and job easily is you study very well and your all concepts should be clear ...
For this mechanical engineering branch is best because it contains all that is design , structure , managed it , and also structures of various engines that is very imp in this field .. Electronics , computer science , and electrical branches are also very good and eligible branches for become scientist engineer in ISRO

Intermediate Education Qualification: Intermediate/ Class 12th passed from the PCM Group along with a minimum of 65% marks.
Graduate Education Qualification: E/B.Tech degree with at least 65% marks in aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available).
Final Year: Candidates who are in the final year of the qualifying degree can also apply provided they can produce the same by the time the final selections are made.
The qualification prescribed and the benchmark is only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test.
Age Limit: 35 years as on March 5, 2021. Ex-Servicemen and Persons with Disabilities are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.
I don't know what you are studying now because you didn't mention it above. But I'll suggest you go for scholarship dear. Sometimes so many buisness man or authority helps needy students those are brilliant in studying so yoi can go for them also. You can go for student loan also. Look nothing can be stopped you become a scientist if you are capable and hard work for it.
