Is there is minimum percentage in 12th to apply for job in ISRO?
Hello,
-
Intermediate Education Qualification: Intermediate/ Class 12th passed from the PCM Group along with a minimum of 65% marks.
-
Graduate Education Qualification: E/B.Tech degree with at least 65% marks in aggregate or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available).
-
Final Year: Candidates who are in the final year of the qualifying degree can also apply provided they can produce the same by the time the final selections are made.
-
The qualification prescribed and the benchmark is only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test.
Age Limit: 35 years as on March 5, 2021. Ex-Servicemen and Persons with Disabilities are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.
Hello Kiran,
There isnt anything like minimum percentage something, that too in 12th. You must at least have a 70% or 7 pointer in the exams. But the main things comes up with JEE part. You have scored a decent rank in JEE to get into ISRO aided college IIST.
If you fail to get through in JEE. There is another chance after you complete your Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. You can write an exam by ISRO wherein around 2 lack students write and only 30 are taken that too after heavy screening process of technical interviews and all. So, believe me dont take JEE lightly where you have an extra hand.
Go for it, one thing is sure: nothing is impossible.. Because I never imagined I could be sitting in interview chair for ISRO long before, but it seems very much possible now though not completely.
