The entrance examination to be given for pursuing PG Diploma in Journalism for BHU Varanasi is known as BHU PET.
The Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University conducts Jamia Millia Islamia entrance test to shortlist candidates for admission in various UG and PG courses including PG Diploma in Journalism.
BHU PET and JMI entrance exam Application form will be available from 1st week of February.

Jamia Hamdard institute is a government-funded institution located in New Delhi which focuses on Research oriented and professional higher studies courses. It offers courses such as MBBS programmes, MBA courses, Computer Science and IT programs as well as Pharmaceutical courses.
Candidates can fill the application form for all the courses through the admission portal of JHU. Admission to most of the programmes is entrance based and the exact dates are yet to be declared.

Jamia Hamdard University is located in New Delhi. It was established in 1989 with Deemed to be status. This college offers various UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma and Ph.D. courses . And the fields of admission are in Engineering, Management, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Science, Arts etc . You have to apply online to take admission into any particular course.
Admission to B.Pharm course is offered on the basis of NEET score. Non NEET students can also apply with respect to their marks in the qualifying examination and Interview. For more info regarding the admission you can visit the official website of JHU.

There is no age criteria given for any college that you have mentioned above in between jamia and bhu. Only eligibility criteria given at respective college site is Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate.
You haven't mentioned whether you have the Minority reservation or not. Because in 2019, for Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences, 531 marks was the cut off under Management Quota. And 519 was the cut off for Muslim Minority Category. In such case, 221 becomes a very less score. You might apply in Stray Vacancy round but the chances are borderline. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. It completely depends upon the course in which you want to get admit. Both colleges are good.
JMI, New Delhi provides many facilities for the students and faculty like laboratories for every department, health center for any emergencies, canteen and café etc. Also the infrastructure and faculties are good. It also offers more courses like law which is not available in Hindu College.
on the other hand, Hindu College is ranked as the best co-ed college in the country as per the latest NIRF rankings. It has good infrastructure and the faculties are also helpful. It has good laboratories. Also, the library contains huge collection of different type of books and canteen provides hygienic food.
