If you do not go to the college for confirmation and submission of fee, then the seat is allotted to other candidate and it does not affect your option entry for NEET. Hence if you are sure that you will get seat in second round of NEET counselling, then you can very well cancel the seat in BSc Agriculture college and do your option entry for second round of NEET counselling.
