I presume you're enquiring about Junior Research Fellowship, in order to be eligible for the same you need to pass master's degree in the relevant subject with 55% from the recognized university, in case of reserved categories there is relaxation of 5%, you need to appear for CSIR NET as it's conducted for science stream subjects such as earth science, mathematical science, physical science, life science, chemical science. First of all you need to know that JRF/NET is a certification exam only and further it totally depend on the institute to which you want to pursue your Ph.d . So It will be difficult for us to predict either you need to go through a written exam or an interview .
As the procedure vary institute to institute and branch to branch . So in order to get a clarification you should try to contact some faculty or student there.

TGT stands for Trained Graduate Program , this title is given to teachers who have completed their graduation and are training for teachers. These candidates must complete there B.Ed/M.Ed/D.Ed which is mandatory.
On the other hand, PGT is the acronym of Post Graduate Teacher which is a criterion to become a teacher. Candidates must qualify the postgraduate exam along with completing the B.Ed/M.Ed. While CTET stands for (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) , which is a competitive exam conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), after qualifying the CTET exam, candidates will be able to join Kendriya Vidyalaya or Navodaya Vidyalaya.
J RF stands for Junior Research Fellowship and is conducted by UGC and CSIR, after qualifying the JRF exam candidates will be recruited as Assistant Lecturer.

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) conducts the All India Competitive Examination (AICE) in order to offer candidates admission in Doctoral Degree Programmes (PhD) and an award for JRF/SRF (PGS). Though Candidates passed out from private universities which are not accredited by ICAR, are not eligible for the examinations. Syllabus is not common for all. You can easily get the syllabus from their official website.
For Microbiology student, so CSIR NET exam with a Life Sciences subject is the best option for you. There is not any separate syllabus for the microbiology students because the microbiology comes under life science stream, therefore, you have to cover all the syllabus of life science,

At the time of registration you should attach the undertaking but leave it if you didn't.
It won't create any trouble as during the time of verification simply attach you obc non creamy layer certificate. Might they will ask by their self also about the certificate by giving you some time. They will ask for the undertaking but then you just tell them that now I'm having the certificate just see it.
Then after that no problem.
