For the SSC CGL or SSC Combined Graduate Level examination, you need to have a graduation in the required subjects as per the posts. So what ever the marks you have in 10+2 doesn't matter, if you are a graduate then you can apply for the examination of SSC CGL and you are eligible for it. Also, if you are in the final year of your graduation you can also appear for the examination of SSC CGL. If you want to become the Junior Statistical Officer through SSC CGL then only you are ineligible. Else for all other posts, there are no issue with the 10+2 marks.

If you want to know about which course is better in terms of job opportunities then maths will be better since its in high demand and both M.Sc in mathematics and M.Sc in physics have good scope for Phd. Also you can take Phd in physics after a M.Sc in mathematics.

Congratulation because, Yes, You can continue your MSc in physics or Math from CUCET (Common University Entrance Test) just after your B-tech
CUCET not runs any course. It is the entrance test for the universities.
So, It will depend on Universities that they are conducting there course Regular or Distance Learning mode.
But if we talking about MSc physics. Distance Learning course is not allowed because physics is practical subject it contains proper Lab work which is not possible in Distance learning. whether their is some chances that university will allow MSc Math in a Distance Learning mode.

Yes definitely! Mathematics and the engineering fields like Biotechnology in general are very much interlinked and you can pursue one after or before completing a graduation in the other subject. In most of the colleges and Universities, the eligibility criteria for the MCA course is that the student need to score at least 50% marks in UG course and must have Mathematics as one of the subject in there UG course. As you didn't have Mathematics in your UG degree, you won't be eligible. Also there are some universities which requires the presence of Computer Science & Mathematics as subjects in there UG course.

Yes, you should definitely take mathematics as your fifth or sixth subject to be eligible for jee mains exam. Without mathematics you will be not eligible for taking jee mains,you should must have PCM in your 12th class to appear for Jee mains exam.
Candidates should have scored 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent for being eligible for taking jee mains exam.
The candidates should have qualified in 5 subjects:
