As per the basic eligibility criteria for Computer science in B.Sc as well as B.Tech , you need to have physics, Chemistry and math combination with min 45-50% in 12th qualifying exam .
Note: The eligibility criteria may vary institute wise . But for B.Tech , you need to have physics as you have to appear for JEE or equivalent entrance exam in which the syllabus includes various physics topics .
Well, you can opt for BCA course , as per the BCA criteria .. student from any stream after 12th with a standard qualifying marks is applicable .

Yes, you can pursue BCA without maths and computer in class 12th. Maths and computer are not compulsory for BCA. There are many government and private universities & colleges that offer BCA but there are two eligibility criteria -
