Yes, mathematics is very much compulsory for Delhi University Joint Admission Test (DU JAT). You should have mathematics either as additional subject (6th) or optional subject (5th). It is compulsory only for BMS, BBA FIA and BBE.

No, maths is not required in 12th/graduation to be eligible for MBA .
This is because,
To be eligible for MBA you just need to have graduation degree in any discipline it doesn't matter whether you have studied maths in 12th/graduation or not.

The eligibility criteria for MBA is that you need to hold a graduate degree under any discipline from a recognised University and you need to have score minimum 50% marks in aggregate in your bachelor program. in iiser aptitude test there are 4 sections of mathematics, physics , chemistry and biology. each contains 30 questions. yes all the 4 sections are compulsory to attend. after getting BS- MS it's not compulsory but there is one paper in mathematics that is compulsory in first year .

In the class 10th board examination, a student can appear for 5 to 6 subjects, but only the best of 5 subjects will be taken into account for the result.
In The same way, the main subjects which are considered for eligibility criteria in the JEE Mains examination are physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Additional or optional subjects are never taken into account for JEE MAINS.

The eligibility criteria to appear for JEE Main to get admission in B.tech is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. For admission in to B.Arch the applicant must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. And for admission in B.Planning the candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
You are eligible to appear for JEE Main as you have Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry but you must pass in the class 12th examination to be eligible to get admission if you qualify in JEE Main.

You didn't mentioned above for which examination you have to prepare. But if your examination come in this 2021 year then you have to prepare hard. Like you said you were good quantitative aptitude and reasoning then don't worry you will catch up very low time. So juts staring with quantitative with you can learn reasoning 2 days next 2 days english grammar. It will be good for you. And daily practice those all things. You will do better in your upcoming examination.
