The stipend in government MDS colleges vary from colleges to college. There is no fixed stipend. If I give you an example then, Maulana Azad Dental College offers stipend of INR 75,000 almost in the first year of MDS which can increase upto INR 80,000 in the third year.
The stipend is comparatively low in Government Dental College of Goa, Patna, Aurangabad.
On an average, the stipend offered by MDS Colleges in the first year is INR 40,000 which can increase by INR 3,000 in 2nd and 3rd year.

Both MBA and MDS are completely different fields. MBA is a postgraduate programme in management whereas MDS refers to master in dental surgery. The salary package differs for both the courses and depends more on the college from which you pursue it. The average salary after pursuing MBA is around 7 lakhs pa and that after MDS is around 6-8 lakhs.
