The syllabus of NEET is divided equally 50-50 % for each XI and XII class.
The NEET question paper consists of 180 questions. Which is further divided into three sections -
Physics – 45 Questions
Chemistry – 45 Questions
Biology (Botany and Zoology) – 90 Questions

Almost more than 90 % questions can be dealt with the concepts given in ncert for physical chemistry and physics.
NCERT books are the best study materials for NEET preparations.

see some of the institute provides extra notes and information,see the syllabus is similar to 12th course and some extra topics are included in neet . I would suggest you to strictly follow the syllabus of neet and ncert books. you may follow mtg publications books and previous years
