Hi
I am assuming you from general category.
This is very difficult to predict neet 2021 cut off as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
----------) number of students that appeared in the exam,
----------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
----------) toughness level of the examination etc.
But yes,
Qualifying cut off marks won't be as high as 460 marks dear.
This is because,
Qualifying Cut off marks will be more or less similar to previous years and when we go through past year qualifying cut off trends then last 3 years qualifying cut off data is given below for reference
your Category
neet cutoff percentie
neet cutoff 2020 marks
neet cutoff 2019 marks
neet cutoff 2018 marks
General
50th percentile
720-147
701-134
691-119
obc or Sc or st
40th percentile
146-113
133-107
118-96
general -PH
45th percentile
146-129
133-120
118-107
So, for neet 2020 a general category student required at least 147 marks to qualify neet. This year neet 2021 question papers was a bit difficult when compared 2020 question paper so cut off is expected to decrease a little. So, 145 marks is expected least marks to qualify neet 2021 for general category. This is mere expectation, for actual cut off, you need to wait for results.

Yes the news was true but there was only a proposal to start the four new medical colleges in the districts Chikkamagaluru, Haveri, Yadgir and Chikkaballapur of Karnataka but the proposal was not approved and for this year no admission will be taken in these colleges.
Due to pandemic the building of these colleges are still in construction phase and not yet in condition for conducting regular classes neither the staff has been recruited, therefore NMC has shot down the proposal for this year. Most probably from next year the admission can be started in these colleges.
So for now there are only 890 UG seats in Karnataka out of which approx. 2900 are government seats for which only those candidates are eligible who belongs to Karnataka.

There's nothing like 2nd attempt given in a single year for NEET exam.
Here the phase 2 registration means All the aspirants who had applied for the phase 1 application form on or before the closing date and Given NTA NEET 2021 Exam on 12, September must need to do Phase 2 Online registration by providing all valid documents to check NEET Result and scorecard, without phase 2 registration medical aspirants can’t check their NEET UG Result 2021 that are likely to release on 10, October.
