Unfortunately this year you cannot take admission into B.tech if you didn't have Maths as your compulsory subject. But from the next year you can take admission into B.tech courses and for that you don't even need to study mathematics or earn a diploma certificate in Mathematics.
According to the new rule of AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) a Candidate do not need to have Maths in 12th Physics l, Chemistry and Maths could be an optional subject to take admission for B.tech. You have to pass 12th with any of these three subjects-
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
Computer Science
Electronics
Information technology
Biology
Technical Vocational courses
Agricultural
Business studies and entrepreneurship
However, if you want to take admission the same year then you can fill up the form of Abdul Kalam Technical University entrance exam form. For that you will have to fill up the form of UPSEE, to know more about UPSEE please go through this link

You may choose any between History, Political Science, Economics or English. You may even choose a Triple Integrated Degree as offered by many of the Good Private Universities like CHRIST University.
Incase you plan a MBA in HR/Marketing in future I would suggest you to pursue BA in English, as the case with many other aspirants.
You may plan a Career in the Government or State Services and plan appearing for Examinations like UPSC CSE, SSC CGL, Railways or SBI PO, other State/Central Government Examinations. In that case you may pursue BA in History/Economics as may help you with the papers later on.
Political Science is totally your choice. Many students nowadays pursue Political Science with interest in Diplomatic Studies, Policy Making and Management.

Hi Raghu!
You can simply quit the college if you do not wish to continue further. You can contact your college authorities to get detailed procedure about quitting the college/course. And then you can take admission in Bsc in any college you are interested in. But you need to start again from the first year and might be they will ask about the gap (which occurred due to BHMS course: first year). You can check out the scope and colleges available which offer BSc in India here:

Thankyou!
Depending on what kind of professional career you want to be in. If you want to stay in Medical field then NEET/AIIMS is one of the most important things of your life. Now if you want to move to para medical fields like Nursing, Physiotherapy etc then also you have to give specific entrances. Also if you want to go for Interdisciplinary fields then you can go for Bio Medical Engineering. As you don't want to do BSc MSc thing, then Engineering can be a career choice for you. If you are interested in Law then you can go for BA-LLB integrated courses. Also Pharmaceuticals can be a course you may prefer where you can learn different ways of medicine designing etc. Also you can go for Management course like BBA, Hotel Management etc.
**You don't want BSc MSc but I would say if you do BSc in Microbiology or Chemistry or Physics or Biochemistry then you also can be in medical fields by studying courses and researches in Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics etc.
There are well number of possibilities but you have to specify your interest and narrow it down.
I hope this might help. All the very best for your future endeavors!

According to your percentile your All India rank would fall somewhere between 255648-287385. With this rank it is impossible for you to get a seat in any of the IIITs or NITs. Moreover, it seems next to impossible to get a seat in any of the GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutions) also. But you can check the Opening and Closing ranks of Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malda, West Bengal. Since you didn't mention your stream, it is not possible for me to predict. Go through the official website of JOSAA by copy paste this link in your browser
