Anurag Khanna 29th Oct, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that you have good chances of following branches in NIT Andhra Pradesh :-

Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Civil Engineering

Chemical Engineering

Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

Bio Technology

So in further rounds you have good chances for Electrical and Electronics branch as well.

You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

I got 1 lakh rank , I couldnt place in any college in first allotment . what are the precautions I could take next time while placing web option. please help

Bhawana Kumar 19th Sep, 2021

Two major reasons behind it are you have applied to colleges of very high cuttoff and second you have applied to limited colleges only. So, apply to at least 15 colleges in serial order priority wise according to branches. Add branches other than cs, else some seats will be left and you won't get admission in your favorite college. There's an option of changing branch in 2nd year by securing good score in 1st year. And apply to some private colleges also after completely filling government colleges.

Hello Sir, I have locked my choices in 1st round and i have got a seat in the college at 4th preference but now if I FLOAT that option, will I be able to change the preference in the next round like round 2? Basically I want to move 6th preference institution to 3rd or 4th preference in next round

Atul Singh 18th Sep, 2021

Dear Student,

After first round of counselling you will get a chance to change your preference that you have saved in the first round.

As you want the 6th position college so you can put that college in the 1 place so the chance will increase to get the seat if any left because most of the seats are already filled in the first round.

You can do whatever you want in your list when the window will open to reorder but remember that don't exclude the college you got in the first round.

Good Luck :)

I passed class 12 with 95% in 2021(science stream),applied for BCA LLB Hons in tndalu ,which eventually got rejected. I must have applied for BA LLB Hons as per my stream . Now that i got rejected ,can i apply for BA LLB Hons next yr only with my past 12th result or shld i write the CLAT exam ?

mrinalini048 27th Oct, 2021

Hey!

In order to get into National Law Universities, one requires to give CLAT exam and qualify in the exam. Many other colleges give exams on the basis of CLAT examinations or conduct their own examinations. Other law entrance exams include AILET, DU LLB, LSAT, and so on. So, basically it depends on which institution you are looking to get enrolled in. For BA LLB, admissions are granted on entrance exam basis. Even if you are from science stream, you can still give exams for law entrance exams and get yourself enrolled. For further queries, if any, you may write in the comment section or you may post your question so that your query can be solved.
