Hello Aspirant,
See for JEE-Advance 2022, there is no requirement of top 20 percentile for any of the board but what you need is just you should have passed the class 12th even for admission to NITs/IIITs/GFTIs also there is no any such requirement. This relaxation is given in the wake of pandemic for current academic year.
Also note that maximum attempts allowed for JEE-Advance is 2 in 2 consecutive years, first attempt in the passing year of class 12th or equivalent examination and second attempt in very next year to that. Similarly for JEE-Main maximum attempts allowed for JEE-Main is 3 in 3 consecutive years, first attempt in the passing year of class 12th or equivalent examination and second attempt in very next year to that followed by third attempt in third year.

hello aspirant,.
Although any candidates taking Mathematics from NIOS boards are eligible for JEE mains, you will not be eligible for JEE mains examination in 2022, despite you taken up mathematics subject from NIOS Board. This is because every candidate can take JEE mains for 3 consecutive and JEE advance for 2 consecutive times from the year of passing class 12th and your attempt will be counted from 2019 and not from 2020 because you have passed class 12th in 2019. Thus this makes you in non-eligible for JEE Mains 2022.
