Well, as you might have known that VIT Bhopal has new campus and so the faculties might not be as good as compared to the Chennai campus, so I reckon you can go for ECE at VIT Chennai campus as it's campus is also more well developed and infrastructured than that of Bhopal campus. But at the same time, campus doesn't matter if you're willingly going to take the course you are interested in since one should not sacrifice it's course field to study further.
Plus, since VIT is a prestigious private college of India, all of it's faculties must be at their best and obviously they are. So you can easily go to any of the either colleges taking any of the courses you're willing to without any doubt.
All the best.
All of these are nothing more than myths. If you are a good student and have diligently prepared for your examination whole year long, then there is no other external factor which can affect your percentage. So I would suggest you that take these myths and negative thoughts out of your mind and just prepare for your exams with full dedication and I'm sure that you will score 90+ in NIOS.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
Yes, it is definitely possible. But the only condition is that a student cannot give exam simultaneously from both CBSE and NIOS, and the exams have to be in the different sessions.
Like if you have given the CBSE examination in 2018, then you can give NIOS only after 2018, which is 2019 onward. And yes, you'll get two certificates after qualifying both examinations. Hope I have answered your question. All the best!

Hello aspirant,
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
