Hello ayush,
As you mentioned that you have failed in your 12th and now you would be giving your supplement through nios so let me tell you that the marksheet obtained in the year 2023 will be your final marksheet and you are absolutely eligible to give jee mains examination.
Consecutively three times you can give your jee mains. Considering your 2022 as first attempt you can also give in the year 2023 and 2024.

NIOS 10+2 score is valid for the JEE MAINS examination. So if you wish to appear for the JEE MAINS in 2023, then you are eligible for the course of it. Now, if you qualify your 10+2 in 2022 and wish to apply for the JEE MAINS 2023, then yeah! you can do so. But you must know that the JEE MAINS examination allows a maximum of 3 attempts. The 1st attempt is on the year of 10+2 and the remaining two are on the consecutive two year after 10+2.
So if you are giving 10+2 in 2022, then you are eligible for the JEE MAINS 2022, 2023, 2024.

I hope this helps. Wish you a great day!
Nope! There will be no issue with the present existing BSc degree. The student can complete the graduation as in the 3rd semester. Side by side, he/she can opt for the Biology subject in NIOS and on qualifying he/she will be eligible for NEET/JEE. Now why he/she is opting for the Biology if required to go for the JEE MAINS because for JEE the student require to have Physics, chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 and there is no need of biology. Is it because of the attempt limit of JEE MAINS, then yeah! technically it may not be possible as he/she have passed 10+2 with PCM in 2019 so he/she was eligible for JEE MAINS for the year 2019,2020,2021 & JEE ADVANCED 2019,2020. Also if the student wish he/she can go for other engineering entrances such as WBJEE, MHTCET, VITEEE etc.

Since you have passed your 12th class from an open school, you need to select Code 2.
Code 2 is for candidates who have completed 12 years of higher/secondary education or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE), which is equivalent to Class 10+2. The National Council of Education Research and Training requires that English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, or Mathematics, or any other elective, be taken as a major subject in the last two years of study (NCERT).
Aspirants who have completed 10+2 with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or a state open school as a private candidate from state boards can apply under NEET qualification code 2.
Code 2 is also applicable to: It's also worth noting that the NEET 2022 qualifying examination code for droppers will remain the same.
Hope it helps!
