First of all don't do a mistake most of the students does. They apply for only jee mains and then go to any private college.

Apart from filling jee mains form, apply for other universities also.

If you want to get into NSUT which is a TIER 1university then

According to tour rank it is some what difficult to get seat in nits or iiits but you may get seat in gftis .if you not get seat in any apply for specail round then you may get seat in home state if possible.so for your councelling purpose iam providing

If you have provided CRL as 43796 you have very good chances of getting seat in NITs, GFTIs.............

But you have to compromise with branch.

If it is any category rank ,  then you have very less chances.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you will neither get CSE in NSIT nor in DTU as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get
