You can take admission in the B.Tech lateral entry program as it is only of 3-years for diploma holders. see you did not mention which course you have enrolled for, however if you opt for bsc in chemistry , then you may take additional subjects as biology or nutrition or computer science as per the availability of your colleges, but if you want to come in bio technology or bio chemistry related field or research or phd course then biology will be best for you as an additional subjects.
