Sorry to say that you cannot get a seat in Opthomology course or any other course without qualifying in NEET exam, as this is one of the entrance exam for students to purse medical courses. But good news for you there are some other entrance exams like AIIMS, JIPMER, NEST, etc. If you qualify in any one of these entrance exams then you can get a seat in the college bases upon the entrance exam which the college considers.
