Ophthalmology
Hello Harsha,
Assuming that you belong to general category I am very sorry to tell you that you might have a less chances to make it into the colleges under the b category based on the marks you have obtained. But don't worry about it and try through various counselling sessions.
Good luck!
Hi Brijesh,
You can appear for both exams but the one CONDITION is that for appearing in jee mains 2020, you will have to give the improvement exam of all five subjects.
But there is no need to worry because improvement exam is only to improve your marks from previous year so you just have to get a respectable score in other three subjects.
Hope this information helps you.
Feel free to ask more queries.
All the best for next year!!!
Hello Vicky Ram.
Sorry to say that you cannot get a seat in Opthomology course or any other course without qualifying in NEET exam, as this is one of the entrance exam for students to purse medical courses. But good news for you there are some other entrance exams like AIIMS, JIPMER, NEST, etc. If you qualify in any one of these entrance exams then you can get a seat in the college bases upon the entrance exam which the college considers.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.

Physiotherapy:
Pros:
Less education than other jobs in the medical field, such as doctor etc
Growing field with plenty of future job opportunities
Salary. $50,000 to $75,000 per year or more.
High level of satisfaction on the job.
can work in hospitals, private practices, rehabilitation centers, sub-acute care facilities, schools, sports centers, wellness centers and more.
Cons:
Length of time in school. While getting a degree to be a physical therapist won’t take you as long as it would to be a doctor, you can still expect to spend three years getting your requirements to be a physical therapist. That is on top of a four-year degree. This is a total of seven years. If you decide at some point that physical therapy isn’t for you, you risk wasting years of school and accumulating student debt. If you want to change careers later on, you will have to go back to school for something else.
The job is demanding. Make no mistake, the work that a physical therapist does is demanding. You will have to take good care of yourself to keep up with it, as the job does pose some physical demands.
There is a risk of burnout, as there is with any helping profession. You are working with people who have problems and this can take a toll over tim
Opthamology:
Ophthalmology is a fascinating subject.
It has multiple subspecialties-
Diagnosis of eye conditions are extremely difficult without years of training.
Ophthalmology is a wonderful mix of medicine and surgery. You can be a physician and a surgeon at the same time.
Cons
Good quality subspecialty fellowships are pretty hard to get and highly competitive. In India it is very difficult.
It is pretty hard to establish a subspecialty practice in India as the common public do not recognize the subtleties of this field and its various forms of expertise
