Physical chemistry
Hi Student
When an object moves in a circle at a constant speed its velocity (which is a vector) is constantly changing. Its velocity is changing not because the magnitude of the velocity is changing but because its direction is. This constantly changing velocity means that the object is accelerating ( centripetal acceleration ). For this acceleration to happen there must be a resultant force, this force is called the centripetal force .

Hey there
I would recommend you to buy a hard copy it's a very good book and has explained everything in details of JEE advanced level. You will not find its PDF as it's of cengage publication which is a profit based organisation will not allow anyone to circulate its PDF.

Hello Raju, Greetings!
According to Bohr's atomic theory, the energy of an electron in the stationary states around a nucleus of charge Ze is defined by quantum number n, and is given by, E (n) = - ( 2 π² m e⁴ Z²/n² h² ) in esu.
For hydrogen Z =1, and E( n ) = - ( 2 π² m e⁴/n² h² ).
The ionization energy is the energy to remove the electron from the bound state. In the present case the electron is in an excited state. So depending on the excited state the electron is in, the ionization energy will be 3.4ev or less.
Thank you.
