It depends on college through which you want to pursue your course.

I am giving you an example of The University of Burdwan  curriculum:-

1. You will be tested in following ways:-

(1)Theory  ,  (2)Activity and (3)Teaching Ability.

You will be tested once a year in theory. While in other two , it will be tested from time to time.

To pass in theory , you need atleast 30%

To pass in activity and teaching skills , you need atleast 40% .

And one more thing! 80% attendance is also a necessity!!

You can surely include physical education aa subject in best of four for Bcom Prog but 1.5% will be deducted from your best of four score. So for example if your best of four is 95, 1.5 will be deducted and your final percentage will be 93.5 (95-1.5). So you will assess your admission through 93.5 and not 95.

You can practice from books and solve question from excercise and practice from example section. You might have the syllabus and you know what are prescribed books and if you completely cover the books and if you can answer any question from the book then it's almost a victory.

You will not face any problem in becoming an app developer due to your subjects. However, you have to learn app making from other resources as app making is a complex task and you can not learn with your school's computer course as it is primarily focused on basic things of programming.

If you are really interested in app making, you can contact your teachers are your school for some suggestions. Moreover, since you have mathematics as your subject you can join engineering in computer science and there you can learn many other things like web development, etc.
