The magnitude of a given vector with ends (4,-4,0) and (-2,-2,0) must be a). 6 b).5 c). 4 d). 8

Subhrajit Mukherjee 4th Jan, 2021

The options you have given all are wrong. The answer will be 2 square root (10).

If we substract from the first end with the last end then we get the vector to be 6i-2j.

The magnitude of it is square root (6^2+(-2)^2)= square root (40)= 2 square root(10)

I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!

can we add physical education physics english chemistry for bsc physical science with computer science

Pankhuri Kumari 9th Nov, 2020
Hii!
As per the eligibility criteria, you need to pass class 12th with atleast 60% marks in physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology as subject combinations from a recognised Board of Education. In case you had either PCB or PCM, then you must add marks as per the choice subject you had. If you want to study computers further then, your class 12th computer science marks will be considered and not physical education marks. English is a compulsory subject.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

Which subject are taught under physical science in IISER BERHAMPUR for Bs-ms? Can I study geology under physical science there?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 12th Dec, 2020

IISER Berhampur is well rated and it has well reputation. So you can surely go for it. To know about it course structure just visit the official website and you will get a plenty of info there.

You can study geophysics as your elective subject or specialization but geology may not be possible. Although geology and geophysics are quite of a same but have some difference which are almost negligible in the job sector.

I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
