Hello candidate
Cognitive Science is Multidisciplinary field. CBCS Allahabad does excellent research in Cognitive and behavioural areas. NBRC is again an established institution doing excellent work in Neuroscience. IISc has a center for neuroscience.IIIT (http://www.cns.iisc.ac.in/home/) Hyderabad, are other places to look for. The latest entrant,IIT Gandhinagar, has good teaching and research programme. Other IITs (Ropar, Jodhpur, Mandi, Indore) have one or two faculty members active in cognitive science. NBRC is better but NIMHANS is good for medicos.
Hope that helps you. Feel free to ask your queries here.

There are options for physiology graduates and other experienced physiologists, to either work as freelancers , working with different hospitals, or work at a more lasting/permanent job at hospitals, or even to start their independent practices.
An individual should opt for BSc Physiology to gain knowledge of physiology and pursue a career in the field of medical sciences. It is a good course to pursue after 12th standard along with MBBS.
