This is mostly for Bachelor of Science and bachelor of Technology degrees. This decision has been taken by Andhra Pradesh government for private universities which every University has to follow. According to this 35% or more than 2,000 seats in private universities will be filled under the Convenor Quota. The fees will be also decided by State Government and not the universities.

Dear aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
There is not such distinction about teaching between private and government college.
What matters is whether these colleges are accredited college and the body that governs them.
Most of the private colleges are expensive. Many private colleges are autonomous, as in the college design the course for the student itself.
Government college dont have such freedom they have to follow the rules strictly prescribed by the university or the government.
The plus point of government college is that;
1) Fee structure is low
2) Caste based reservations
3) Various schemes and scholarships are available
Such privileges you wont find at private institutions.
I can say for such both will teach you the best there is no difference but see to it that the institution you choose will benefit and help you with your studies and not burden you.
Hope it helps you..
Best of luck..
