Infrastructure:

Dear candidate out of Thapar Institute and RGIPT Institute, RGIPT is a much better choice compared to the other. This is because this college has well maintained infrastructure, great academic ambience, placements with salary packages of 4-5 LPA as a starting package, well equipped labs. Tha faculties are experienced, they will lead you to get closer to your dream. Computer Science curriculum is nicely taught and updated curriculum is practiced.

RGIPT Amethi is a Government institute of National Importance. The college is very well equipped and infrastructurally very good. Now as we all know IT and CSE are the two fields which have the most employability. So if you go for the BTech IT in this college then you will really have a very good scope to explore the subject in the corporate sector as well as in research. The placement is very good for the branch of IT and the average package is quite high i.e., 8-10LPA which is quite good as a starting salary. By above points we can say that Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Petroleum technology is quite good
RGIPT has good faculty, infrastructure, placements and internships, it provides good education which is the clear sign of the TIER 1 College group. Placements: About 60-65% of students got placed in my batch through college placement drives. The highest package offered was 19 LPA offered by ONGC, and the lowest package was about 3 LPA by ICICI Bank.

For mathematics and computing, you need to have the ability to present mathematical arguments and conclusions with accuracy and clarity the concepts and ability to analyze and interpreting the resultant data, finding patterns and drawing conclusions is very much needed here.
Maths and computing is a field that is very rich in maths you can say 100% pure maths with algorithms and theories proofs etc. this is the major difference. Though they are inter linked. As computers cant work without the application of maths. Maths is very much required its one of the fundamental base.
