The Education Policy in new printed form will be enforced and after the enforcement of the policy all the rules will be applicable. So anything for confirm can't be said but yeah! there will be no perfect major as per the NEP 2020 (as much as released). As this isn't enforced so you can major now but after the enforcement only all this rules of NEP 2020 will apply.

Well usually the working hours are like normal that is from 9 to 5 in the evening but since most of the professors have their post doctoral work going on and research work going on, they might stay in the college or lab for as long as they wish and have work to do. But official hours usually is between 9 to 5.

Loyola College, Chennai, was started for boys but later it allowed some Courses to be taken by girls! As of now only 3 Departments are allowed for girls in Under Graduate which are Visual Communications, French and Bachelor of Mass Media. All the Post Graduate Courses are for both boys and girls. So, BA Sociology is only for boys in Loyola College!
