Hello Harshal! First of all, let highlight you the difference between M.S and M.tech. M.S is more research oriented and theoratical, whereas M.tech is applied course. If you are planning to do M.s from abroad, then no doubt it is best option. You will have a wide scope there. At the same time, if you are more interested in acquiring applied skills, then go for M.tech. Definitely there is more scope for M.S for any branch & you may receive high paying job there. All the best! Hope this helps!

There is a lot that you can get by studying abroad. Always remember even if you get nothing there is always an experience that you learn. Studying abroad definitely offers you something more:
Culture: Even if you travel from one town to another you will find a great difference in Culture. It varies within a few kilometers then you can imagine that once in such a far place you can definitely get to a different culture. You will get to know more customs , activities etc. which are followed in different parts of the world
Language: English is a common tongue, so if you are visiting a country with English speaking majority you might not get to learn more but you will definitely get to improve on hold over the language. If you are visiting a country where English is not a common tongue then you get an opportunity to learn a new language and add to your skills.
Education: I will not say education in India is not good. It is extremely good and is always beneficial. But once you are abroad in some fields you might variations that you have never heard of, you may find a better methodology of learning and above that you will find yourself in a crowd which is from all around the world creating a environment of competition, pushing you to do much better.

Hello Brajesh,
There are so many applicants who want to pursue post graduation and other degree from MIT and other IVY league colleges. Being one of the top 5 colleges of the world, there is a huge competition as applicants from all over the world apply here. You can assume that the competition is even greater than that in JEE.
For getting selected in MIT/Cambridge you will have to go thriugh some processes. First of all you will need to prepare the documents required for studying abroad. These include your VISA, Passport, your application letter, LOR, Statement of Purpose and other proceedings, that are necessary for any particular university. You may see the admission procedure for MIT from below link: https://mitadmissions.org/apply/firstyear/international/
https://mitadmissions.org/apply/ , The process is slightly different for international students. You may want to consider some professionals who conduct the admission procedure. After that you should apply and if your application is selected, then MIT will call you for interview, and after that they'll confirm your admission.
Since the number of applicants is quite high, they filter candidates based on several criteria, such as overall personality, contribution to the society, grades, extra-curricular and everything you can imagine from your writing to your financial status.
Hope this Helps
Regards
The score you need in your 12th boards to study abroad varies depending on the country, university, and course you are targeting. Generally, for countries like Canada and the USA, universities look for a strong academic record, often expecting scores of at least 75-80% or higher. Top-tier universities may require even higher percentages, typically above 90%. Additionally, meeting the minimum score requirement does not guarantee admission, as universities also consider other factors such as standardized test scores (like the SAT or ACT), extracurricular activities, personal statements, and letters of recommendation. It's crucial to research the specific requirements of the universities you are interested in and aim for the highest possible scores to enhance your chances of admission.
