Well beleive me when I say this that there are no scholarship for international students for medical studies in USA. Some degree course work including MD-PhD has some funding but that is a research program and getting in is way too difficult. But medical studies don't have any scholarships schemes for international students.

Well once you are done with your masters in India then you will have toa poly for doctoral coursework in abroad colleges and universities. Every college has its own requirements laid down by the department where you want admission. The admission decision to scholarship decision to everything regarding the student is decided by that faculty in which the student wishes to study his PhD. Well if you want to study MBBS from abroad then you need to know that the government has started this practice where all the students willing to study medicine from abroad has to quality NEET first. And also there is a exam that is called FPMT, foreign pre medical test, which allows students to take admission abroad. You can give that exam.
