which one is good is iit or TIFR for integrated phd in biology?

S. Saha Student Expert 24th Sep, 2019
TIFR used to be a part of IISc but has now relocated to GKVK. They both almost provide same facilities but obviously IISc has seen it for more number of years. IISc has world ranking in life science but TIRF has reportedly higher funding and special focus on biology. TIFR mostly focuses on life sciences research. One major factor that enhances the quality of life on campus is their on-campus child care and after school program. They aim to provide facility that recognizes the needs of working parents while providing children with a nurturing environment.

I'll suggest you to choose TIFR cause it primarily deals with life science researches.
