Hello I am K Tanu , I have completed my 12th ..I have interest in both Bachelor of physiotherapy and b.sc operation theatre and Anaesthesia technology ...I am confused which would be a better career to choose ? please tell me ?

Sriya Bose Student Expert 5th Sep, 2021
Hello Aspirant!

Both the degrees have got their own importance and benefits. From the job point of view:
  • After completing B.Sc. Operation Theatre and Anaesthesiology, you can get jobs in various hospitals and clinics.
  • After completing B.Sc. Physiotherapy, you can get jobs in hospitals and clinics, sports academies, or open your own centre
Since, B.Sc. Physiotherapy offers more job options, it's a better choice. Otherwise, go with where your interest lies the most.

See the eligibility criteria is dependent on the college but in general for MSc Embryology student who have been studying correlated fields are only considered to be eligible. As a result the possibilities says that you won't be eligible for the course. Although I would highly suggest you to visit the website of the college you are interested in and you have to go for it. The eligible fields are BSc in Microbiology, Biology, Lifescience, Anatomy etc.

Ayush Maurya 6th Dec, 2021

Hey there

As you have mentioned that the fees of the university where you have taken admission is not in your budget and you will be facing difficulties in paying that amount of fees. Then surely withdraw your admission and do HRM. As it's also a very good course to pursue. You can get various jobs in many companies as a HR manager too and can have a good life if you excel in that.

Best of luck!

Thank you!

can i appear for Upsc civil service and other gov exam after completing graduation from b.sc operation theatre and Anaesthesia technology ? i have passed my 12th & i took admission in this course will it be help for me or should I change the course ? as iam from science stream with PCBM ?

Hello,

See, majority of government exams such as UPSC, state PSCs, banking/insurance for the post of clerk/PO or assistant/AAO respectivel, SSC CGL to name a few just ask for graduation in any discipline from a recognized University, there is not even specific aggregate required in this case, hence with BSc Operation Theatre and Anesthesia you are eligible for any government exams that ask for graduation in any discipline as the eligibility criteria, is a great choice amidst paramedical course, it basically explores the sphere of management of OT, technology of anesthesia, care pertaining to post operation etc, the job profile majorly includes that of OT Assistant, Lab Technician, Anastasia Technician etc.

can we do msc in economy after bachelor in operation theatre technology?

Arhana Chakraborty 22nd Aug, 2021

Nope! For most of the colleges, its required that you are from BA/BSc Economics or you have studied a pass course with economics as a subject of study. Also some institutes consider Mathematics and Statistics graduates to be eligible as well. But as you aren't from any of such fields then sorry to inform you, you aren't eligible for the MSc Economics Course.

If you want to have more information related to economics visit the link below:

I hope this helps.
