As you have mentioned that the fees of the university where you have taken admission is not in your budget and you will be facing difficulties in paying that amount of fees. Then surely withdraw your admission and do HRM. As it's also a very good course to pursue. You can get various jobs in many companies as a HR manager too and can have a good life if you excel in that.

Nope! For most of the colleges, its required that you are from BA/BSc Economics or you have studied a pass course with economics as a subject of study. Also some institutes consider Mathematics and Statistics graduates to be eligible as well. But as you aren't from any of such fields then sorry to inform you, you aren't eligible for the MSc Economics Course.

For B.Tech:-
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed. The highest package offered is 45,000 per month, the average salary is 25,000 per month, and the lowest salary is 10,000 per month. Zoho, HCL, TCS, and Sitle are some of the top recruiting companies. More than 90% of the students got internships in Sutherland and many other core companies. Software engineer is the top designation offered in the course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. It has well-lit classrooms, good ventilation, high-speed Wi-Fi and world-class lab facilities. There are a lot of facilities in our hostel like AC, TV, projection room etc. Food is of good quality. Medical facilities are excellent since we have a medical college. A playground is available near the hostel campus.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members in the college hold doctorates. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They are good and supportive. The course curriculum is planned precisely by experts every year according to the requirements, and students trained under this curriculum will be industry ready.
For B.Sc:-
Placements: Apollo Institute comes under Gujarat University, which is the 1st college affiliated to JCI (Joint Commission International). It is good for those who want to explore their passion as well as the profession of medical in foreign like USA, Australia or Canadian nurse. This institute provides a well-maintained study package with etiquette. Apollo is an international and a big brand of hospitality, which provides the best care and treatment to the desired people. It is a good platform for deserving candidates, which provides many platforms for students after 4 years. They provide direct job in their hospital with good environment.
Infrastructure: In the college, infrastructure and technology are good. Classrooms, as well as labs, are provided with an air-conditioner. They provide computer-based classes. It is a good platform for those who want to pursue their dream. The college canteen is attached to hospital canteen, and there are total of 4 canteens including CCD. Medical facilities provided by the college are superb with a clean and hygienic environment. They provide hostel of 3 BHK flats. The hostel provided by the college is average. Moreover, classrooms and benches are too small, so you have to adjust at some points. Overall, it is good.
Faculty: The college provides subjects like nursing foundation, microbiology, biochemistry, anatomy, pathology, genetics, pharmacology, physiology, nutrition, psychology, sociology, surgical nursing, mental health nursing research and statistics, and community health nursing. Faculty members are good enough. They will guide nicely, but it depends on student whether to study or not. Medical professions need hard work, well-maintained grooming, honesty, and to be focused.

Both the courses are really good for your future, but if you really wish to get a good job after completion of your course then Biotechnology is a better option for you than Anaesthesia Technology. Since the field of Biotechnology is flourishing day by day, you need to gather profound knowledge during your course of study and you will definitely succeed in life.
