If you want be the English teacher and also want to teach the foreign language, then the first step of becoming a teacher is to get a B.Ed degree. It is the foremost requirement if you want to be the teacher. Do an undergraduate course with English being one of your subject and also get a certified course in the foreign language of your choice. Clear the adequate levels for being the teacher of that language, then you will be eligible to teach in both the languages.
