To be a wildlife biologist candidate has to achieve  12 science with physics chemistry and biology and have a bachelor degree in biology. They have to acquire a a certificate from a wildlife society,  non government organisation.There are different wildlife society in India. Tuition fees and living cost's decreasing order is USA>australia>UK> Germany.

Doing a degree online is considered to have less importance than in campus degrees as they have more exposure to practical cases than online students. If you have an opportunity to go abroad then that would be the best for you for studies. Apart from their educational qualities abroad is known for its vast job opportunities.
