University of Madras, Chennai
Hello,
GRE score is not the basis on which you get an admission. This helps you to go aboard so that you have enough fluent english such that you can understand American english and they can understand you. The main necessary thing is you must have done some research work and published by Paper publishing organizations like IEEE or Springer.
Then you should get a person who can recommmend you to the college where you want to join. Your cover letter must explain your skills in the domain and answering why you want to join for this course and at that university. You have to justify everything and have to make them enough convice such that they can consider you are eligible for this masters program.
for best, you can try for MIT(best of all)
Hope it helps!
