In order to appear for UPSC, candidates need to complete their Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university, then need to attain 21 years, there's no specific aggregate required in this case, they can also appear in the final year of their graduation. So, to answer your question, not only 10+2 but also graduation discipline, there's no such emphasis on pursuing these levels from humanities backgrounds. and yes, if you see previous year trends many science, engineering, medical background students have qualified UPSC, so there's no way you can't, it's just that humanities students are already well-acquainted with the subjects, which doesn't happen say in case of commerce or science students, but then eventually it's your planning and preparation that will help you succeed in this exam.

However, StudyIQ has better content, uniform teaching techniques and enthusiastic coaches who help students learn better and faster. Everything is taught to view more as a story than as a syllabus, which helps in making learning easier. For UPSC, everything is updated monthly, and the cost of courses are lesser in comparison to Unacademy.
