I am a student of PCMB(regular, west Bengal board). Bio is my optional subject in 11 &12 . But in my class 12 marksheet bio no. is calculated in best of 5. I want to be a doctor. will I face any problem during mbbs addmission or counselling for having biology as optional in my 10+2?

The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects

For ntse stage 1 wb board if we follow only the reduced syllabus of West Bengal board session 2021-2022 is it enough.

To prepare for any kind of exam, the basic need the student has to fulfil is the well understanding and implimentations of a topic. Anything that you study from make sure it covers the basic syllabus of the exam that you are opting for.

Make sure the book that you are reffering to cover all the topics included in the prescribed syllabus of ntse. If this is fulfiled, all you have to do is know the concepts thoroughly.

I belong to the SC category but I gave my 12th board exam as general. Can I apply as SC during the NEET registration? I am from the West Bengal board.

Hello Aspirant,

Yes you can definitely use SC category as your category in NEET 2021 Application form but make sure that you should have proper certificates to validate your reservation at the time of admission. So even if you gave your class 12th exam under General category then also you can go with SC category in NEET 2021 Application form.

Complete NEET UG 2021 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-

** Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.

** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).

** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.

** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

Roll no of class 12th for West Bengal board student, roll and no are different thing but when we fill neet application form then we fill roll and no both together or only roll?

Hey,

You need to fill the roll.number of the West Bengal board from the respective admit card. It is mentioned on the admit card and you can actually fill it from there. The column demands for adding the board roll number which is usually mentioned on the admit card.

Sir I take icar examination on PCB subject but my optional sub math i fail . I am west bengal board student . In this board out of 6 subject best of 5 subject calculated . And I pass Overall 5 subject INCLUDING PHY , CHEM , BIO ,ENG & BENGALI ALSO 75% . So I want to know am I eligible for ICAR ?

Hi

Yes, you are eligible for ICAR examination even if you have failed in Maths.

This is because,

Though  you have failed in your maths optional subject , you are overall pass with 5 subject in your class 12th board exam  and your result status on your mark sheet or certificate is  pass.

So, don't worry you are eligible for ICAR exam provided you fulfill the rest of the criteria

ICAR eligibility criteria provided below:-

* Qualifying Exam: - you should be either appearing for your class 12th board examination or should have passed it from a recognised board.

* Minimum percentage : if you are from General or OBC category then you must get at least 50% marks or if you are from SC / St / PC category then you must get least 40% marks in 12th board examination.

* Age :- You must be at least 16 years as on 31st August of the year of examination i. e as on 31st August 2021 in order to be eligible for ICAR UG 2021

Hello, I want to get admission in Aiims Kalyani. I got 74.4% in my 12th board from West Bengal Board. My marks are(Bengali=72 ,Eng=76 ,Phy=80 ,Chem=77, Math=67 ,Bio=67 ). Am I eligible to get admission in Aiims if I crack NEET 2022. My caste is SC.

As per eligibility criteria by NTA the eligibility for admission to the Undergraduate Medical Courses, a candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio- technology at the Qualifying Examination. So, You are eligible for NEET.

Beside this you should have completed 17 years during the admission or the subsequent year i.e. as on 31 December 2022.

The code is 02 for you.

this is because qualifying examination code for NEET 2021 for droppers will be 02. For instance, a candidate has passed the qualifying examination from CBSE/ISCE or any state board in the year 2018, but wish to appear for NEET 2021, he/she can apply for the exam with Code 2.
