west bengal board
Hi Arpit
Can understand your situation, having personally gone through the similar condition.
Always remember health is the most important thing and it can't be compromised for anything. So, if you have any serious health issues then it's completely to take a break from your studies.
So, you can definitely take a drop in your 11th. But still try to keep yourself in touch with studies .
For example,
If you can't seat and study with pen & paper due to health issues then simply watch video lectures so that when you restart your studies , you don't face any problem.
Get well soon:)
Wishing you all the best for your future endeavours and for a bright career ahead....:))
Dear aspirant,
As you have passed higher secondary from West bengal board in 2021 and considering you would take a drop for preparation of neet then let me tell you that there is as such no criteria that your 10% marks will be deducted if you go through neet.
However there are some private colleges which keep this criteria but you need not worry because this thing won't affect much until and unless you have scored 50-60% in your 12th. If you scored atleast 70% then you need not worry at all.

Hello,
Yes,you can take admission in 11th class with whatever stream you want if your school is allowed to do so. actually registration for class 12th board is done in class 11th which may hurdle you if registration is completed for 12th in your school then it is not possible to change stream.

Hope it helps..
If you are promoted to the next academic year, then you can't repeat 11th but you can delay your appearing year of 10+2 in the WBCHSE board.
There are no such repeating case but its case specific and I would recommend you if you wish to do so, then contact your school authorities for the detailed way to do so.
To know more about the WBCHSE, visit the link below:
I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Dear aspirant hope you are doing well..
Yes, it is possible to repeat class 11th standard even after passing the same standard but class 11 marks is not considered anywhere. If you think the marks will affect on anything, then there is a misconception. If you are not satisfied with your score, then you can put more effort in class 12th for the better results. Its all depends on you.. If you wanna repeat your year........ Go with that..
Hope it's helpful.
Thank you..
Nope! There will be no problem if you drop a year after your 12th regarding the admission. Now if you are applying for some entrances then you must know that there are some limits. For example, in JEE ADVANCED you can only give two attempts. The first one is on the year of the 12th and the 2nd one is on the next year. So you must check such criterions. Otherwise there are no such problems regarding the admission.

Hello aspirant,
yes, it is really possible to crack JEE with sheer dedication, hard work and conceptual clarity and good time management. but since you are also an intermediate student you need to get your preparation done for that exam as well so, you cannot neglect one of your subject at least try to get it ready so that you could get decent marks in it.
you have enough time in your hand to prepare for JEE without any rush. managing time and planning your day to strategy will take you far in long run.
check the syllabus for JEE below:

Hope it helped!!
Best wishes..
Hi aspirant,
There is no separate reservation for the candidates who have done there secondary or senior secondary education from the State educational board of West Bengal. But you can definitely avail the benefits of the 85 percent home state reservation as you fulfill the below mentioned criteria:
Residential/ Domicile Certificate for candidates residing in the State of West Bengal continuously for at least 10 years, where the candidate has passed 10+2 examination from West Bengal.
Hope it helps!!
