A work experience in Manufacturing and Operations definitely is a plus as you will have a lot of insights into how the function happens at the root level and thereby you can understand the course very well. Given your experience, I would suggest taking up something closer to it as it will also boost your chances of placements and give you a higher career growth plus an advantage over your peers.
If your previous work experience involved Analytics or Finance in Operations part, undoubtedly go for it. You can also choose marketing. At the end of the day, it depends on how well you can pitch the learning you have from SOIL as an add on to the previous work experience. Hello,
Sorry to say dear but you didn't mention which department or in which subject you are going to be graduate. Because every department have different opportunity to get job in foreign countries.
Like if you are doctor then you have to give foreign entrance examination and going to foreign to get their MBBS degree and then you are able to check up patients.
If you are engineer then you will get job in India with any company which is work for foreign companies. So you will be going foreign within a year by your work.
This type so many opportunities are present for every field. Please clear your graduation degree then it will be easy for us to solve your query.
All the best.
If you can qualify all the rounds of selection and can give them a solid reason for your 3 year gap then you can surely get that job. They would otherwise state that the there should be no gap, unless stated then the gap wouldn't be a problem. You just need to impress them with your talent and knowledge and prove it to them that you have a passion for working there. These will be tested when they carry out the various tests at different stages of the recruitment process. So do well in those and when asked about the gap in the HR round you can explain your reason to them.
Good Luck
