Work experience is not a mandatory requirement but is appreciated during placements. Both freshers and experienced individuals secure placement through campus placements.

Basically when it comes to pursuing management courses at pg level aboard, you need to appear for GMAT, and any English proficiency test amongst IELTS,TOEFL, or PTE. If you don't have work experience then you profile needs to be pretty strong in order to get shortlisted and what can help you in this regard is strong academics with high GPA, whether or not you have participated in extracurricular activities, done volunteering for any service basically the officials want to know if you have been your contribution or achievements apart from your academics, and in case of candidates with no work experience they can focus on scoring high scores in GMAT or IELTS,TOEFL, PTE and letter of recommendations and a strong SOP that is statement of purpose, some of the universities in Canada which offer MBA without and work experience are ,New York Institute of Technology( Vancouver),The University of Windsor,Thompson Rivers University,Brock University to name a few.
